Currently in the Alpha, just what victory conditions are enabled? I notice in the species descriptions it lists their "favored" victory types but I wondering to what extent those are currently possible short of the classic make everyone march to your tune. Thanks!

From the new game creation section on the top right it has "settings" in that area is a button called "advanced options". in there are all the victory conditions.

Excellent, yeah I noticed that but didn't know if they were all currently implemented or even exactly how to pursue them, I'll investigate a bit more.
