What is a colonial base? I can't do anything with that, it's not available but I don't know why...

Yes but why I have this option at the bottom of the screen (on the right) and cost :"0,5 industry" , it appears in every solar system, in the impovments.

Salve, it is the base building every colonie needs and starts with. It is the colonie more or less :d

It is the placeholder for "here is why your system gets slightly more income than your people on planets produce". It exists to help jumpstart systems and as a boost for colonizing more systems, rather than colonizing more planets in 1 system.

Those are the currently built improvements. Once you build more you will be able to click on them and scrap others and stuff in that area.

Ok it's understood, unfortunately, some improvments take an infinite amout of time to built^^ Certainly a bug?

If you mean the improvements that read as "ind-dust conversion" and such. those are used to boost your income or science indefinitely until you turn them off. It's very good way to make money when you have a big production and then convert 50% of that into dust
