Where can I find my command points at?

Simple request, where or on what screen can I find what my total command points are (so I can know how many ships I can put into a fleet.)?

Click on the icon that looks like a ship, up where the research bar, diplomacy, empire management etc. bar is

Or select any fleet you own and it will say x/y in the bottom left fleet tab where x is current points used and y is total fleet size possible.

I think you start at 5 max points with corvettes/destroyers taking 1, cruisers/battleships 2 and dreadnaughts 4
