Missiles not showing up in combat.

Hi,



Don't know if this has been put up, but I find during combat my torpedo's and missiles are nowhere to be seen.



Is anyone else finding this ??

I know that missiles fire near the end of the phase and that sometimes the camera angles make it very hard to identify if they have been fired at all. Do you NEVER see them?

Ships launch them at the end of every phase... normally. But I don't know why but sometimes (actually often), they don't launch them...

I have seen this to, data still apears in the after action report however, aswell as damage done, its probobly just a bug.

Its odd but if you read the missile description, it says it takes 3 turns to reach target, so technically they are fired at the first round, we just don't see them until the melee phase. I don't know at what phase flak fires though.



Its also why people are reporting being destroyed and still have missiles kill the other ships.

They are fired earlier, I usually see them, they kinda have a weird trajectory compared to the straightforwardness of beams and kinetics.

Turns for me are more the moment where image shifts from one fleet to another. Cravers ships inc, camera to Ue ships = Turn 1, then back again Camera on Cravers then on UE = Turn 2... then turn 3 and missile fire (we are at that point roughly at the end of the long range phase if memory serves).

Took me a bit to spot them also - thought the same thing "I see no missiles!".



They look similar to the kinetic shots to me, they just move a lot slower. With how the camera dramatically shifts around all the time I lose track of them until they hit and their HP bar plummets.

(side note: the camera changing angles; it's cool, just could do with camera options like manual control, or a smooth constant orbit of the battle rather than sudden jumps)
