Suggestion: stop the enemy

If this was already posted...then sorry for the double post.



I would like to see a chance to stop enemies from flying through my space and jumping over the defense. If I have a fleet in a system, the enemy can fly through the system, not attacking the fleet and jump to another one without harm. That's quite annoying. I think, there should be at least a chance (maybe with a planet improvement like "early warning system") to stop them. It's quite annoying to chase the enemy through my space.

I haven't seen whether or not this is an intended mechanic or just a slippery issue. I think it would be interesting to have modules that would allow you to bypass enemy fleets so they didn't have a chance to attack you. With counters of course such as 'quick warp drives' and 'warp dampeners' something along those lines.

I'm not sure you can't, it just isn't easy because it doesn't tell you before they move off. They however can do things as fast as they want.
