Maybe add something similiar to the tech tree as well? Queue up tech in different paths. Would come in handy to get a bunch of 1 turn tech out of the way.

You can currently queue up tech in different paths I believe, either shift-click or control-click (I can't remember at the moment), but can't reorder the order of tech researched. I think that's less desirable however.

A nice feature would be the ability to drag and drop or somehow reorder the construction queue without just removing things from it. Especially when I need to build a ship realy quick but have a bunch of things already queued up.
