I was thinking it would help a lot if we had some centralized feedback from the Devs, this way they have an official outlet to communicate with us on their progress and we have a way to voice our suggestions and ensure they are at least being considered or taken care of. Perhaps each week a member of the team could take an hour out of their time and address a certain number of ideas or issues brought up by the community, and post a little on what we can expect for the next build.



I myself see a horde of double/triple/quint posts on the same subject and I think we would all benefit from a Developer maintained regular update.

Yeah I saw the sticky...I like the idea I just want to expand on it a little and hopefully get a regular schedule for information

Yep. So it is nice that people start collecting things in summaries and I hope that we mods can help a little with the cleanup, too. Otherwise the yarn balls will unwind and all the good yarn will end up im Alderbranch's spaghetti... o_O

Don't underestimate the amount of time that Customer Liason can take up for a small Developer team. I've done a little bit of community management and it can definitely be a fulltime job. Actually, our team had two people working on nothing else!
