ENDLESS™ Space is a turn-based 4X strategy game, covering the space colonization age in the ENDLESS™ Universe. You control every aspect of your civilization as you strive for galactic dominion.
There are several upgrades, such as the tier 2 engine and tier 2(?) bombardment that give bonuses fleet wide. Usually phrased along the lines of "gives +x% on fleet" or similar.
An example case would be having a fleet of ~10 corvettes all with the tier 2 engine upgrade moving at ~30 speed.
My suggestion would be to increase the bonus slightly, but only allow the bonus to apply once, regardless of the number of upgrades present in the fleet.
Alternately, give the upgrade diminishing returns if multiple ships have the upgrade.
