Currently the listings for the exploits are both confusing and nonsensical ~ the "on planet" is always 2nd listed, due to the "highest" bonus being at the top.



Ideally ~ list it @ the top always, "+x per basic*" and have a small sub-heading "Additional bonus".





For ages, I couldn't work out if it meant "+x this planet, +y on all other planet types in system" or "+x this planet or +y if the planet = this type" or "+x this planet or +y if planet type = better".







*Basic; Baseline; Fundamental; Flat-rate; All types; Universal; Omnipresent etc etc. Pick something that sounds nice, suggestions welcome.
