how about instead of just building one thing per system at a time we let the individual planets build ships and and the other stuff now to balance it out building one thing will be ALOT faster but when you do individual planets its alot longer to build

I don't see how that would improve the game, it's hard to program and it doesn't give the player any advantage at all. Why would I go away from "pick the order of things you want to see appear"?

I like the current building system as it is. Adding individual planet building lists would quickly give a player a lot of areas he would have to keep track of. Not to mention that you'd be very limited at the beginning, since what can a simple outpost on a newly colonized planet really build?
