A bunch of suggestions simplifying micromanagement

So, after playing the game for some time, I noticed many things that annoyed me and could be improved. So far I haven't seen most suggestions, some features might be already implemented, but I haven't noticed them - if that's true, make them more noticable.

In the following, I consider systems "idle" if they are not building anything or converting industry to dust/science.

1.) Intrudoce a new menu, "empire management" that contains most of the following suggestions.

2.) During a colonization wave, I'm often building exactly the same buildings in exactly the same order, often even buying out exactly the same buildings. To simplify this, I suggest a custom building list. It would work like this: Under empire management, you can create a building list. You would create a list of buildings (unresearched ones should be available if you chose so, but they will of course not be added to the actual building queue if you haven't researched it). For each building you could set a buyout priority if you want to, and a money threshold. You could define a default building list. So when you colonize a planet, a popup appears asking you if you want to use your default bulding list. Answer yes, and everything else would be done automatically, change the list you want to use and then answer yes, same as before but with a different list. Answering no will be the same as now. Once a list gets used, the game goes through the different buildings according to priority and uses buyout if you have more money than the threshold set, otherwise skip it and go to the next building according to priority (and then check again).

Those building lists should be sharable across different games with the same faction, or across different games with different factions.

3.) Add a feature to "empire management" that allows you to build something on all planets that are idle. Usefull to build a new tech on every colony. As an extension, you could modify the properties of systems where it should be built (for example, all system with at least 4 population).

4.) Add a feature to "empire management" that allows you to chose specializations for a certain type of planet or all planets on idle systems.

5.) Allow automatic notifications if systems with a food specialization and without the building that converts food to industy have reached maximum population. That way, you don't always have to check for it manually.

I'm aware that most of those features would be less effective than manually deciding everything, but it would make things a lot easier - and no one is forced to use it.

Not to try to steal your thunder, but I think there might be a simpler way to do number 5.

Maybe when a system has reached it's current population limit, the population number could turn a pale yellow, instead of white. That way, we could tell at a glance which one is full and which one is not.

I like that idea.
