I'd like to suggest a feature to add to the game: Post-game sandbox mode.



A few of my favourite 4x games allow a player to keep playing after victory/loss conditions are met. It would be nice to keep playing after the game has "ended", rather than be forced to go to the tally screen then quit to the main menu.



An example of this in action would be in the older civ games, where it would pop up with an option to let you keep playing (to rub it in), or quit to menu.



I feel this would extend gameplay and give people a sandbox option to keep playing, after presumably having put a whole lot of time into their empire.
