So, I've noticed a lot of hero abilities that boost my trade route gains, and some specializations that do the same.

However, I have no idea how to access setting up/managing trade routes. Are these trade routes with enemies, or with your own colonies? Where can I find the menu for this feature?

trade routes are automatically created between you and another empire you are at peace with.

Well I guess that explains why I had no trade routes when I was busy blowing up everyone xD
