Holding Shift Down to Select Multiple Fleets Ships from Galaxy View

If I select a system with two or more fleets in it, all the fleets are automatically selected so I can merge them if I want to. However, if I didn't want to merge them all, and instead only merge say, two fleets out of three, I current have to dismiss those fleets one at a time, and then recreate them on the planet interface.

There isn't a way to hold shift down to add one at a time to a selection in the galaxy screen, like I would intuitively think should be possible.

It's a minor gripe, there is a way around it, but it involves juggling stuff around through a couple different screens.

It works with Control for me instead of Shift.
