Adventurer-class heroes have access to the following abilities:



Inside Informant I = +0.3 Money Leech on Hero

Inside Informant II = +0.5 Money Leech on Hero

Insight I = +0.3 Science Leech on Hero

Insight II = +0.5 Science Leech on Hero



How do those abilities work? Does "+0.3" mean "30%"? Does the blockaded system lose the same amount of Dust/Science as the hero gains?

Oh. I didn't even notice this bug. But now I look back at an old save game, and sure enough there it is!



The bug thread does sort-of answer my last question. It appears that the system owner is supposed to lose Dust/Science. Good to know.
