I just preordered and am very happy with the beta. There is just one thing I can't figure out, even after combing the forums. How can I tell the distance from one star to another WITHOUT issuing a move order. I think knowing whether your ships can make it to another system within one turn or two etc. is strategically very important. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this. Congrats on a great game and great community. I look forward to being enlightened .

Right now no such option is available.



You can hold the right mouse button and mouse over the system, the move order will not be issued until you let go of the mouse button.

You simply can't at the moment. Hopefully it will be added later!
