If I have a luxury resource that say has +1 dust per person per planet - does that apply to all colonized planets?



I don't see any stats for +X from luxury resource anywhere, hence my confusion. I assume it applies to all planets since you can trade for them, but its unclear.

Bonus' only apply to the planet that the resource is on.

Monopolies however apply for the whole empire, unless a system is blockaded in which case no outside resources can get in.
