Is there a way to enable the windowed fullscreen?

i would realy appriciate it, because the game always minimizes when i switch to my browser on another monitor

In the options somewhere there is a windowed option. Not too sure if its what you want but its there. I think its graphics settings.

Sadly there is just a "normal" Windowed option not a Windowed fullscreen.

I really do want this feature too - as i do have 2 monitors and often do some alt-tabing (and wiht fullscreengames it reall hurts)

Well and Windowed games with borders do force me to use a lower ingame resolution and to waste some of my monitors space to "fit" the game+Border into the Screen...

Have to do this with Civ V because the game willc rash occaisonally while alt-tabbing and it really pisses me off... (ES don't seem to crash while alt-tabing but it takes quite some time to switch n and out of the game...)

Windowed fullscreen sadly is not currently possible - your only way to get around it right now is good old fashion windowed mode.

@Flames: Windowed Fullscreen is basically like fullscreen, except it covers the entire monitor (with no "window border"). It's very useful for multi monitor setups.

I think it's on the "we're considering it" list of features.

+1 for windowed fullscreen. Starcraft II has it and I swear by it.

That's probably why I don't have a clue what it is, I only have one monitor. But I swear that's what the game does for me, just with one monitor. Its full screen and I have to alt+tab to get out of it without shutting it down.
