Alright, so I am pretty new to this game but for some reason I can't seem to move my fleet. They are stuck on a person I just discovered. No matter what button I press or where I try to move them they won't budge. I am sure I am just missing something small.

Well its entirely possible there is an invisible sphere of influence from a faction you're either not at war with or not at peace with open boarders. This will cause you to not be able to move your ship, or its a glitch and there is a workaround. I would try the tech support forum for a workaround.

I just declared war and will go with it from there. I think this is what happened. I guess I'll take a look at the work around.

This is not a bug, and it does not need a workaround. Please see Raptor's FAQ for details about regions of influence. Changed thread title to be more specific.
