Im just wondering if -a day- we'll be able to personalize our ship , by placing hull , turet , canon , laser & other stuff on it ?

Like this , we'll have really personal ship : it don't change anything , but aren't your happy when you see your ship win a battle ?



Oh and ... when will the french version exist ?

The french version will exists (as the german version. Others could be done if the devs have time)



I'm not sure the devs will aim to create some ship design screen as in GalCiv 2.

I like the idea of customization for ships. Maybe a capital ship for your hero or being able to edit ship colors or emblems, it would help the cinematic feel of the combat to see your ship with your chosen colors. But I'm satisfied with the current customization, If you think about it you get what you want with the exception of the visual altering of the ships. If I want a ship armed to the teeth with missiles I can do that, and you can tell pretty easy in the battle sequence where that ship is when you see them fire.

I think full customization of the ships would give players a more personal feel of the game because of it being their design. If u think about it the most in depth u can go for the game is what goes on the ship right now...at least adding parts to the ship in game should show weapons on the ship...i just believe it would allow players to put their personal selves in the game know what i mean?
