Steam Awards non existant

I bought the Emperor's edition on steam... and yet I don't have the unique hero unlocked... and I also don't think I even have the Emperor's edition of the game... I think I'm just playing the vanilla version of it... whatever that is...

How do I unlock the 500 G2G points that Steam offered as well as the unique hero?

please can someone tell me how to connect my steam account with my Amplitude account? I would like to see what the unique hero is as well as have the ES award on my profile etc.

This is the probably the most frequently asked question on the forums, and to no surprise the answer can be found everywhere on the forums provided that you use the search. Also keep in mind that the awards and achievements are still a little buggy. Sometimes they show up, othertimes they don't.

Yes, buggy they are. Don't be surprised if one log on shows all your awards/achievements, and the next does not... Even those who have been active here since this all began have the same issues.
