Is it possible to create a custom home system? I basically want to create Terra Solar system and make it the home of a new race (humanity basically)?

Newp. Best you can do is take an affinity that starts on a terran planet, and hope you get a merely sub-par system. The random generator is programmed to make all starting systems moderately bad at best, because getting an awesome starting system, either by accident or design, would be hilariously broken.

Seriously, custom home system would HAVE to be a 60 point advantage, minimum.

A really good starting position can translate into a major head start, which would not be challenging. It would also not be fair in multiplayer games.
