Hi guys. Just starting to get to grips with ES and it shows great potential to be a huge game in my collection. A lot of the praise that brought me here is about the easy-to-use interface, and I like the sound of that. Unfortunately, the tutorial and manual don't help with many of my early questions and I'm floundering a bit. My forum-fu must be weak too, because I can't seem to be able to find the place to go for the detailed guide of what's what.

Specifically, it's things like seeing a tooltip that is presumably trying to tell me the benefit of clicking option X, but the tooltip uses an icon (a blue arrow pointing to the right) and I have no idea what that icon, or various others, mean... where are they listed with descriptions? Then I was looking at some heroes and trying to figure out what the 'adventurer' trait actually does - he's into theft , sneaking and killing... but how? What actual benefits does that give versus the 'pilot' trait, in what circumstances?

It's stuff like that. Can anyone help point a newbie in the right direction, please?

Thanks in advance.
