I have a small lava planet and I was under the impression researching this tech would raise the population cap on my small lava planet from 2 to 3 due to Endothermic Structures, but after I researched this tech nothing happend, could someone explain how it works and how to get the bonus of +1 and +2 on small and tiny planets, thanks!.

Under planetary exploitation it still only has the same 4 default options? No sign of endo thermic structures as a build able, at least, where im looking.

Edit: Aha I see it, its under the system options and not planet. Ty
