Not Enough Room in Academy for a Hero

I have three heroes. A new one became available that I want to hire. I have the dust necessary but was told there wasn't enough room in my academy. I can't find any information as to how many I'm allowed, if this changes, how it changes, etc.



Anyone have any ideas?

Perfect Forecasting, in the left hand tech tree, will increase the academy capacity. It's pretty far up, though.

Needs to be staged increases in the tech tree then. 3 Hero's just isn't enough for mid game even on a small galaxy.

Heroes are supposed to be rare and precious. You are welcome to spend your research there, if you want more. It is an interesting decision.

also it is staged for the horatio faction there are several increases you can get to the academy limit

Interestingly, I can't find Perfect Forecasting - searching in the tech screen brings up 0 hits. Can anyone point me to it by telling me a couple of techs that are linked to it, please.

The techs increasing your hero limit are those with the cute alien faces icons. And your question on hiring more heroes is answered in the FAQ. Thread closed.
