After the patch my custom races disappeared is this usual and anyone have a suggestion how to stop it in future patches?

The costs for many of the traits have changed, so most previous custom factions are now invalid. The files are still there in (my documents)\Endless Space\Factions. They are plain text (xml format) if you want to look. It should only take a minute or two to create a valid one.
