Hello,



I'm about one-day new to Endless Space and I love it! The only thing I can not figure out is how to come to trade agreements with other Empires. I'm only on turn 52 in my game, but I have a few luxury resources and a monopoly on one. Also, I would like to come to an Open Borders agreement with another Empire, but I'm having trouble finding out how to select it. Is there technology I have to research to gain the ability to communicate with other races/make deals that don't involve declaring war?
