When I search on the forum I've seen references to this feature; a buyout button to quickly finish improvements using dust.

In game I'm using the 1920x1200 screen resolution, and I don't see this button on any screen (system, planet, or empire view).



Is there a buyout button in the current ersion of the game?

It is a little button that looks like the dust symbol to the right of the "turns remaining" in the production queue.
