I've recently had a wonderful game where I cleared the tech tree (first time after 160hours of play, I usually play on tiny to counter the endless fleets in larger maps, I'm not fond of those at all)

By default, in the Late game, I terraform to Ocean for Science and Jungle for Industry systems.

However, in the Late Late game with +100% food surplus and 100% food > Industry conversion, I've ended up with over 10000 (!) Industry in my main Industry system, with all planets as Terran/Food (as opposed to the 8600 when it was a Jungle/Industry exploit system.



My only regret is I was not Sowers in that game but Horatio (which helped as well I guess because of the 71 population the system had)





Reason for sharing this: I was surprised that Terran wasn't useless
