I was spoiled by Civ5's Internet Steam Save. I found I was able to play much more due to being to being able to play the same game on different computers at different times of the day. I dont see that option here and was hoping maybe I just missed it. Is this available on ES? If not, is there any plan to introduce it (please, please, please)?

Do you mean the Steam Cloud? This would allow you to play Endless Space on any computer, as long as you are logged into your Steam account. However, this is on our Improve List so we might eventually implement it.
