What is the shortcut key for pulling up the Completed Queue Window that pops up at the start of every turn? Im finding it a little tedious to reclick the Icon 50-60 times per turn when building my queue.

Is there a way to use the Completed Queue window AND keep it open so that when I go build something in my System window and then exit the system window Im not dumped in the galaxy view Screen, then requiring me to open the queue window again? I would really like to keep this Completed Queue window open or at least know the shortcut to pull it up to save me time and pain on my wrists.

Thanks.

Since I haven't played a whole lot since 1.0.29 I'd like to ask the players who did:

Was there a change that disallowed making a peace treaty when you have an invasion going or attacked some ships?

I've noticed a countdown where in the beginning peace or war are disallowd. Does attacking ships maybe reset it and thus prolongues the Cold-War?

I ask because I'm modding a little bit around with the diplomacy again and I see some effects that I haven't seen before. So I'm not sure if they ara caused by my mod or if they are a result of some changes in 1.0.29.

What I noticed is, that basically the AIs I met all stay at Cold war instead of making peace. But to me 2 of the 3 I met had offered peace. Maybe there is also a difference between the circumstances where they offer peace and where they accept such an offer. Or they reset a countdown by attacking eachother.

For example this is the normal peace-offering-mechanism:

I have modded it so, that I have only 3 states of Attitude: -2,-1 and 0. So this shall make it possible to suggest peace in all 3 states. Seems to work, since I got offered 2 peace-contracts, where at least in one case I was at -1 Attitude.

But then there's also this:

I supposed that somehow has to do with how they would answer. But might be wrong. If I was right, can anyone see why they would probably stay at cold-war instead of making peace?

Edit: Whoops, this was supposed to be a thread of it's own... Can a mod maybe make one out of it?

Found the reason:

My mod's modified DiplomaticAttitudeModifier.xml was based on an older version that did not yet include this one:

So the State-machine was wrecked by this Modifier creating values that were not handled.
