Hello! i just start playing the game 2 days ago, and now i cant continue because i have riots in almost all my sistems. What can i do to make the people happy again?

In the left technology tree, you will find system improvements which increase morale. They have a pink icon, so they're very easy to spot.



In the bottom (Expansion) tree, you'll also find technologies which decrease unhappiness caused by expansion.



Last but not least, in your Empire view, lower taxes. This has an instant positive effect on Morale.



Generally speaking - balance your expansion/colonisation of new planets carefully with your current morale levels. As long as you don't slack too much on acquiring the relevant technologies and keep an eye on your tax levels, it will rarely be a big problem. Avoid colonising planets that have anomalies that provide a big morale reduction until you can compensate with system improvements.

Hehe The mechanic exists to make sure it isn't a total colonyship spam-fest. It doesn't entirely prevent this, but at least it forces people to research some tech before claiming half the universe ;-)

To counter the deficit that will most likely occur when you lower taxes build "Ind=>Dust" on most of the systems unless you can build those much needed approval-boosters.



Also prevent colonizing planets with negative effects to morale on them.
