Reactive Hulls gives +64hp, costs 35, 5.3 weight and requires titanium.



50 tonnes worth of each would then give/cost:



PP 550hp costing 66

RH 576hp costing 315



Is there a hidden benefit to the different armour or are we really supposed to believe that 26hp is worth 249

Doesn't Titanium-70 reduce the cost by up to a total of 60% (10% per T-70 and an extra 30% for monopoly)?



As a normal race, it looks like you can get the price down to 20 Production on Reactive Plating with enough T-70.



That's still not great if you want a bunch of HPs with low-end tech, I guess.
