I recently played a game in which I was pretty advanced qua tech. My Solarsystem AI thingy buys every improvement that comes available, I don't really mind that until it brings me problems:



So after a while I researched the Dust Virtualization tech which grabs 100% of your Food from your Solarsystem and converts it into Industry.

Pretty good tech I know, but it makes the Food tab 0, so there can't be any population grow anymore.



After a while I got the tech that makes any planet into a Terran planet. But I had my Dust Virualization already so my population was decreasing.

I was looking for anyplace to delete the DV tech but I just couldn't find it.



So I'd like to know, IF you can delete system improvements and if you do can where.

I know you can Cancel the production of the improvement, but the stupid Solarsystem AI purchased it and I can't cancel 40+ upgrades every single Turn.

As you probably know you can "scrap" an existing improvement. However, your question is, if the system governor ("AI thingy") wants to construct an improvement and keeps putting it onto the queue, can you avoid this. Unfortunately, you cannot. The bug is that the Adaptive Industrial Systems improvement converts *all* food into industry, which as you see is not a good idea. If this were fixed, then I think you would not mind having the governor build this building. The only thing I can suggest is to switch off the system governors when you reach this point. It is very late game and there may not be that many different buildings to construct anyway.
