eh they can do all i think, they are hard because they need micromanaging to be the most effective, which means you'll be the slowest every turn specially if you managed to expand

for production, the stack gets interest every turn, until its full then you lose interest, so you dont want it to get full but you can keep it midway so it gets a few free industry while you dont have anything serious to do, then you can do ind to dust/science while you find something to do but the stack builds interest

Also when you do have something to do, but it will take more than 1 turn you want to be idle until you can pay the building in one go (or if its THAT expensive until you stack is about to be full), that way you wait the same time but end with the industry interest as a bonus

Finally they get extra fids for up to 15 ships on their planet, thats 15 ships per planet, so its a lot of money every turn, get anarchists so you pay less for those ships, but also get some bonuses to ships so you offset the anarchists weakness.

The easiest victory condition to achieve is probably wonder, since the automatons have a strong economy, especially in terms of industry. That doesn`t stop them from winning in a different way though, because a strong economy is the keystone to all of them.

If you want to maximize the potential of the stacksystem you have to build in a very unique way. Most of the time you don`t want to produce anything, to let the overproduction stack. However, you don`t really want it to stack fully. Instead, you should build stuff when the overproduction is full enough that it would exceed the stack limit of the system in the next turn. If possible you should build just enough that the stack will stay at the level where you would exceed the limit the next round if you didn`t build anything. But there are exceptions from that rule. If you are trying to build a FIDS or approval improvement, industry in particular, or a planet colonization, or you need a few ships fast you should wait exactly long enough that you are able to build it in one turn and build it then. This way you will get the maximum out of your stack interest. The flipside is that you pretty much have to check all your systems every turn which is tedious.

Automatons is good for player who love micromanagement since it industry produce can stack and get interest bonus every turn.

if you didn't build anything or boost, the industry overflow will be stock and stack up to 5 times of industry that system can produce

produce 100 = can stock up to 500

they get 5% interest bonus when it stock up so if you have 100 in stock, next turn it will be 105, this mean you can just stock around 20-40% then go boost and the stock industry will keep grow up, awaiting for use.

*in later tech they get improvement that increase interest 15%, so sum up with original is 20%

Automatons affinity really have no draw back and it really big in advantage if you use it proper, same with warmonger Hissho.
