I have been playing a single player match as Hissho, and after a while I finally got the abilitys to colonize other kinds of planets, so I sent a kestrel (the colonizing ship) to varios systems, but when they got there, the colonization option was blocked, and it told me it was because my fleet didn´t have a colonizing ship. What´s happening? Thanks for the help

Maybe you removed the seed module by accident? Send a screen shot of your ship design page

Agreed... this is the message you would get if you have no colonisation module on your ship. Note that you can use any ship type to colonise, but that ship needs a seed module (or 2) to be able to colonise.
