how do i find the enemy capital?

does this have to be done by moving a ship into every system and inspecting it?

is there any indication on the map showing where an empire's capital is?

i'm trying to conquer the last remaining enemy's capital before they build the victory wonder...

The crowns are poorly marked, just so you know. Some people say that it looks more like two black hearts. But if you look at your home system, it will be on the far left, and that's what you need to look for.

This would explain what had happened to me. I wished to conqour every enemy planet but didn't realise I got the capital before I intended to do so. What was worse I played on (given the option for I had one the game) and found that due to not accepting the win, it counted as a loss later on :/
