Played 3 games now. One as the United Empire, one as the Automatons and one as the Sophons.



Whatever I do, the end result is the same: I meet the Cravers and they kill me without breaking a sweat. Their weilding armies that hav a command point limit of 23, I've never even gone above 9.



How do I beat them?



Oh, and I always seem to lag behind in technology. Even when I trade the bejeezus out of the technology I already have. What gives? Is the AI handicapped to just get better research results than me, even at normal?

Are you expanding fast enough?

I expand as fast as I can, keeping the Tax even & the planets at light green occasionally white

This gets me more planets which means more money for fleets & more research
