I have got a question to this Targeting order:

- Strong fire: from the top of the list, a third of your fleet targets the three first opponent’s ships. Once the target is destroyed, there is 1 dead round to acquire a new target.

What does the rest of my ships do, if just one third targets the first three ships? If the remaing two third sprays the remaining ships of the enemy this could mean that these ships would get a bunch more fire than the three flying first (think of a 15 ship destroyer fleet vs. a 4 ships fleet)

And which of my ships will fire? The one with the highest firepower? The ones flying first in the formation?

And why just a third of my ships? I can order the fleet to fire every bullet fired on one single target flying first in the formation, but if i fire on three ships in front the rest of my ships fires everywhere they want? Or not at all?

You see, i need a little bit of information... smiley: wink

I know this so weird right? I like it, but I'm having a real hard time trying to understand this game, but it's so freaking confusing. And they said Disharmony was suppose to help confusion, lol.

It's poorly written, but i believe this means 1/3 of your fleet targets the first enemy ship, 1/3 targets the next ship, and 1/3 targets a third ship. I would assume this is meant to be used if you aren't confident in spread fire, but you know that nosebreaker would be overkill. It's a middle ground.

Where did they say this O.o they lied.

Really tho, in vanilla you had 3 weapon types, action cards, MP, and defense.

Now you have 3 weapon types,3 ranges for each, action cards, formations, targeting orders, bombers, fighters, siege mods, siege bombers and fighters, drop troop mods, drop troop defense, anti-bomber defense. Yeesh. Oh and "point defense" mods.

Thank you, this makes sense... if you are right and i think you are, it could be a good idea to build 3 "harder" ships to fly in front, to safe the rest of the fleet.

I think noone did ever believe, ES would become easier to understand with more options. But combat has become much more interesting with all these options. the only thing that has to be done is a bunch of balancing^^
