I got a question regarding peace and movement, because although I have peace with the pilgrims I can't move through his systems. But he is able to do so. Also their are no terms to our peace so it doesn't say anything about open borders or so.

If they can move through your systems but you can't move through theirs, it sounds like there might be another faction's fleet there that is blockading the system which won't let your fleets leave until the other fleets are destroyed.

You can't move thorugh b/c you don't have open borders, or you could go to war.

The AI is moving through yours for 1 of 2 reasons: It hasn't explored your systems, so it is allowed one pass through.

Or if it is moving back and forth repeatedly, its just cheating.
