A small detail I'd like to clarify. When they offer you a deal like "open borders", the resources on THEIR side means I give it to them?

Never mind, it looks like it's logical after all. I got confused by the x/y notation in the diplomacy screen for resources.



If you have 3 titanium and are not trading any, it shows 3/3. If you trade IN one unit, it will then say 3/4. There's no tooltip and manual does not have a page for this one.
