I noticed on "Extreme Option Exchange" there is also a -15% upkeep, where is this upkeep reduction taken from? Is from Dust on the system?



On "Abundant Luxuries" there is a -20% buyout bonus, does that mean to buy things out with dust they are 20% cheaper on star system when improvement is built?



And finally on "Xhiyun Cartel" it says it gives a +100% bonus to luxury fids. I'm guessing that this doubles the fids bonus of a luxury?



Sorry if these are basic I'm just making sure that my understanding of them is correct?

1) Take a look at the improvement cost in the bottom right of the system view, or in the tooltip for dust income on the system view. That's your improvement upkeep, which is reduced by 15% by EOE.



2) Yes. Combine with Sheredyn as well as another buyout cost reduction improvement at the end of the left-hand tree for spectacularly cheap purchases (barely 1K dust to buy dreadnoughts, oh yes).
