Its simple if you didnt let the AI enough time (about 3-5) seconds before you click the End turn button early game and about 10 seconds midgame/late game u cant end your turn.



Your End turn button is greyed out but your color on the display in the upper left hand side corner remains like as you didnt have ended your turn.



this is freaking annoying! Especially in the early game where you didnt have to micromanage much.



Only solution is to reload the auto save and wait that all AIs had end their turn...

Hmmm, when I end turn before the AIs it just takes 10-15 seconds longer, but corrects itself. So, maybe its local to your copy of ES? I really don't know, because it doesn't really happen to me.
