In the game I currently playing I have the vaulters declare war on me. I move my fleets to the nearest planet I have to there empire. They keep sending in several fleets up to 7 at some points to attack. When I go to start a battle with a fleet I select the fleet I want to use and go through the process selecting the battle cards. Press start they seem to retreat there fleets. I have tried both with Auto and Manual battle. My fleet strength is slightly higher than there. The my highest fleet have over 4000 in military power. I have no hero assigned to this fleet the Vaulters last fleet was over 3000 Military power and did have a hero and they retreated. I am playing a custom faction and the version I am playing 1.1.39
