I just purchased Endless Space Emperor Edition and Disharmony through steam.



Endless Space shows up in my games library but Disharmony does not. I have now installed Endless Space and still can't see Disharmony for install. Have I confused something?



(Also, is there a way to retrieve my G2G points for this purchase? - I haven't got an email with the G2G codes to input on my profile.)

Well, Disharmony should be installed by default. Just have a look in your games library, right click Endless space and then select properties. Under DLC there should be a Disharmony entry. If that is the case, it is installed, even if the entry in your game library is still called "Endless Space". Also there should be a "Disharmony" logo beneath the Endless space title when you are in the game main menu.



Also, to redeem your keys for the g2g points, right click Endless space in your game library, select "show product keys" and there you can use the copy function.

See http://www.amplitude-studios.com/FAQ#5 for a detailed description. Only one more advice: Please wait til the key redeeming process says it is done before entering the next key. That can take several minutes, but prevents problems Steph'nie would have to fix later on.

I see, I guess thats why my Awards have not shown up properly.



(I sent an email about my lack of knowledge of waiting, since I lost internet connection while redeeming the ES Forum Reward and Emperor Edition*)

Although, I think they might have activated on mine before the connection was lost*



Now it looks like I lost all my rewards* (edit#2)



Overall I just wish the processing was faster.

The databank sometimes has glitches, but I do see at least three rewards. If the missing awards don't show up, just send Steph'nie a message in the forum with the product keys that should have been redeemed. She can correct that by hand.
