I got disconnected from a private multiplayer game several times today with the above error message. I'm not sure what the error message means, but I assume it's related to server connections? Eventually we switched hosts and that seemed to do the trick. Any ideas on how I can prevent this in the future?



I have a Windows 7 64-bit PC. I have an Nvidia GPU and all my drivers are up to date. I don't know how to generate an "error text dump"--I'm afraid I'm not too computer saavy. If you need additional info, please ask and I'll try to find it.

Could you please send us more information, to help us understand where the problem comes from.

• Information: an actual description of your issue can be great (what were you doing exactly when the issue happened? when did it happen? etc.)
• Specs (OS version, OS language, Anti-Virus, Drivers up to date?)
• Game files: right click on the game in your Steam Library > Properties > Local Files > Verifiy integrity of game cache
• Output log (PC: Steam > Steamapps > Common > Endless Space > Endless Space data. Mac: Library > Log > Unity)
• A save (you can zip it and attach it to a post) / screenshot
• Game version: you can find this at the bottom left corner, in the game menu - please make sure that your game is up to date (check the release notes for that)
• Anything relevant (example: playing with a mod, classic, Disharmony expansion etc)
• Multiplayer: provide the specs and logs of all players in game
