So I was gifted this game by a friend. Pretty excited to play it.

But when I start the game up I see this.



Not sure what needs to be done. It does this at the launch screen and I thought maybe it'd be fine when I started a game, but it does it in there as well, as seen below

I would try verifying the game files as a first measure, in case steam missed files on the initial download
