I've noticed a major problem when playing Endless space. When choosing to produce Ind-Dust conversion nothing happens. In order to get it to work I have to queue up two things and then delete one. It's not just the numbers showing up incorrectly, the system is just not recognizing that I am building it. I have noticed this happening with Harmony, and United Empire. I am willing to provide exact scenarios and numbers if necessary.

Just to be on the safe side I deleted the content and reinstalled it. At first it seemed to be working just fine, but then I started having problems again specifically with a Custom Harmony Faction.

I have tested it around with several factions and it all seems to be working just fine at the beginning. Something seems to glitch out the production queue and then even when loading up a different save it continues to be in error. Shutting down the game and restarting it seems to 'fix' the problem but only until something triggers it to break again. I believe that whatever is triggering the problem is upsetting the way the queue works. Namely rather than adding to the bottom of the queue it's adding to the top. I will try and determine when and how it is breaking.

Ok, it switched over for me on turn six playing vanilla Harmony. I had just built a scout ship then started building heavy isotope refineries. I clicked on food production intending to start working on that after refineries. Instead it overrides the refinery and showed no change in my food production. Shutting down the game and restarting it seems to 'fix' the problem temporarily.
