I have played Endless Space a lot. I used my Mac laptop and ran the game in a large window that I dragged onto my large secondary monitor. Everything worked great. Unfortunately an update occurred shortly before the Disharmony stuff rolled out that broke this setup. Now when I drag the window to my secondary window, I cannot select anything (New Game, Load Game, Credits, etc.) on the window. The only way to play the game is to drag the window to my main laptop screen and this means using a smaller window which, frankly, I refuse to do.



Please undo the change that caused this problem.

I started up Endless Space in the hopes that this problem would have been fixed somewhere along the way by now. Sadly no. If I drag the game window to my large second monitor then the mouse cannot click accurately there. The game runs fine on my main monitor however that screen it is too small to play this game comfortably and so I am stuck.



I am definitely interested in Endless Legend and Endless Space 2, but this needs to be addressed first.

Make the larger window your main monitor when you're playing ES1. It takes a few seconds at most and it's worth doing for most games. Heck, disable the smaller window for the duration as well and you may see an improvement in performance as a bonus.

Well that worked for awhile. Now the game dies even before the "Play it cool" thing happens. Sometimes the whole computer is locked up. Sometimes I can do a force quit and go play some other more reliable game.
