So I just bought Endless Space 1, and I've been playing it a bit today, but I encountered something very odd.

In the production queue, I noticed I can't rush production. Whenever I click on the yellow button to rush production, it just pops out the item like I'm moving it around in the production queue.

On rare occasions, if I keep clicking it over and over, it will finally do it. But 95% of the time, it just pops it out like I'm moving it.

Also, I can't figure out how to cancel a production once I've selected it. Which gets really annoying when you have like four infinite production items going, and need to actually build something, and then you have to scroll and move over and over for each item.

Am I missing something? Is there a special button somewhere to cancel a production, and is there a trick to rushing production?

Based on the response I've gotten in the steam forums, it's definitely broken.

Here's hoping Steam will offer me the refund even though I played for three hours and got nowhere in all three attempts.

I had my eye on ES2, but after playing 1, I'm not so sure anymore.
